2. Click "forgot password", and enter your email address associated with your online account,

3. Click "Reset Password" in the email you received from Swisscare with the subtitle "My Swisscare - Password recovery",

4. Set a new password,

5. Log-in to your account again with the new password.


Please note that each time you log-in to your online account, you are required to enter a verification code, which you shall receive it per email with the subtitle "Swisscare 2FA Token - secure login code".
