1. Log in to personal account online at www.swisscare.com or MySwisscare account.
2. Report claim online
Claim procedure by email
1. Fill out the attached claim form
2. Attach all the documents (medical invoices, policy reports, flight statement…etc) and the related proof of payment
3. Attach a copy of your passport and travel certificate copies
4. Send by email (personu.atlidzibas@gjensidige.lv)
5. Keep a copy of the form and attachments for your personal records
