You will have to purchase a new policy online again with the updated information, date or plan. Then we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your current policy.


Please kindly notify us with and let us know the old and new insurance policy information, once you have purchased the new insurance policy.


**Please be aware that once the current policy start date has become effective, it is no longer possible to cancel and request a refund.
