Due to some technical problems, you have not received the insurance certificate, and the online account was not created. Our system has voided your payment due to a transaction interruption.

Your payment has been reverse charged back to your credit card.

To conclude the chosen insurance, please try again taking the following under consideration:

1) Please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox (internet explorer is not recommended)

2) Clear the browser cache (e.g. web cookies) 

3) Wait until the transaction has completely finished. (application last step, thank you page)

VOIDED PAYMENTS :

A voided payment will block the transfer of funds from you to Swisscare. When a transaction is voided, the original authorization should disappear from your statement within 24 to 48 hours.

Some banks don't recognize void requests immediately. It's possible that after you issue the void, your will still see the pending charge. If this happens, please call your bank; the bank should be able to see the void request and update your statement accordingly.
